Ellen Richter, founder and coordinator of the company, is an RN certified in legal nurse consulting
with a graduate degree in nursng education and 32 years of experience in critical care units throughout New York
City and in Fort Lauderdale.
Ellen's career has centered around
education, as a Clinical Nurse Specialist as well as a Nurse Educator in Critical Care. Ellen's
specialty areas include MICU, SICU, CCU, CVICU, and Neurosurgery ICU.
Ellen began legal
nurse consulting in 2006 by subcontracting on critical care cases from other consultants. In
2007, she opened the doors to her own company, utilizing a network of diversified certified legal nurse
consultants and MDs to aid her in uncovering and deciphering all the facts necessary for a medical
records review.
Ellen continues to
practice critical care nursing in an acute care facility in South Florida while managing the company. She firmly believes
that consulting skills are enhanced by maintaining current clinical skills & expertise.
Her experiences continue to help provide
the company with insight into the complex facets of health care delivery. She has been involved in the evolutionary
strides in health care delivery over the past few decades.
